Information you choose to provide

When inquiry delivery is configured, the form sends your name, email, project details and optional campaign attribution to the operator through Brevo. Newsletter signup stores your email, consent wording and date, and optional campaign attribution in a private database on this website’s server. The list may later be imported into Brevo or Mailchimp to deliver Engineering Notes. Signing up currently saves your details; no newsletter email is sent until a mailing provider is connected.

Engineering tools and saved files

Calculators, CSV conversion and file-based scenario imports run in your browser. Saving a scenario, report or project brief downloads a file to your device; it does not send an inquiry. Clipboard copying happens only when you choose it. A scenario can contain your business assumptions, so review it before sharing.

Public-page SEO audit

The audit sends the submitted public URL to this server, which fetches its HTML and retains extracted findings in memory for up to ten minutes. It does not render JavaScript or crawl the site. If you opt into AI explanation, selected page titles, descriptions, headings and findings are sent to OpenAI when configured. The API request uses store:false; provider retention and processing policies still apply. Do not submit private or token-bearing URLs. Daily AI usage counts are kept separately without page contents.

Optional analytics

Google Analytics is loaded only when configured and you allow analytics. Campaign parameters are stored in session storage only after this permission. Theme preference and analytics permission are stored locally in your browser.

External services

Product and social links lead to external websites. A YouTube player connects to YouTube only after you choose to load it. These services have their own policies.

Choices

Unsubscribe using the link in newsletter emails. Contact the operator through the contact page for questions or deletion requests. A verified public contact and retention policy must be added before launch.
