THE PERSON BEHIND THE LAB

About Fazal Shah

I build software, experiment with AI systems, and turn complex technical ideas into things people can actually use.

I'm Fazal Shah, an AI agent and automation engineer, software developer, and product builder based in Pakistan. My work focuses on connecting AI capabilities with real-world systems—APIs, databases, business workflows, infrastructure, and software products.

Much of my work happens where an impressive demo meets the reality of deployment: limited hardware, unreliable tools, API errors, security boundaries, unexpected costs, and changing requirements. I document the practical lessons from working through those challenges.

What I build

AI agent workflows, business automation, custom software integrations and web products. My technical background includes JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, Laravel, databases, APIs, Linux servers and VPS deployments.

My engineering interests

Local inference, model evaluation, agent reliability, self-hosted infrastructure and the trade-offs between cost, privacy and performance. I care about what a system can do under actual constraints.

Products and projects

I work on AgentMagic and IconKing. KodeKing is our AI agency, providing AI agentic automation solutions to SMEs and businesses across industries.

What I share on YouTube

Practical builds, experiment methods, hardware tests and technical breakdowns. Results need evidence: the exact setup, the procedure, the failures and the limits of what a test establishes.

Working with me

I help founders and teams evaluate and implement practical AI systems. Start with the problem, the existing workflow and the outcome you need.

BUILD IN PUBLIC

Tools, skills and field notes you can inspect.

I publish Mac utilities, agent infrastructure and reusable workflows on GitHub. Start with the code and documentation, then adapt the parts that fit your setup.
