The AI shift we are seeing, for people in future at a good Friday night, 13th of December
This blog is not written by AI 😀 Just my views of what AI could do in future for people to experience what we thought 😀
The most amazing AI tool so far I have used with Claude 3.5 sonnet and GPT o1 being the latest and most famous models is Cursor.com an AI based software developer tool developed by forking Visual Studio Code and it looks like this:
- You enter a prompt and attach related code files, and it suggest the changes in the chat above
- it gives an option to apply them one by one and you can see changes once applied
- The same old Visual Studio Code 😉
To better understand what cursor was able to do in 10 minutes, here’s a quick video:
Moving on, I believe we are at the age where previous generations missed the opportunities to create great products.
For example, the people with simple websites at dotcom era became millionaire when apps became a thing. When apps started popping up from the Steve job’s genius App store idea to the Pokémon’s $22 million revenue in a day, many people missed the opportunity and many became millionaire by posting shitty apps and games till 2016 or 17, then the Alien came in to work, Elon Musk and made crypto and NFTs so popular that every other teenager became millionaire just by holding a shit doge coin. I also made $400 by investing $47 into a meme coin called Shib and forgot about it, same people who provided services or made apps on blockchain or crypto became millionaires and we were very lazy to do it, and now again in 2024 when trump won, today’s the highest ever BTC has reached $107,388 and I was too stupid to mine BTC when it was at $4k because I thought it’ll ruin my $200 GTX 1070 graphics card.
So, I don’t want to miss any more opportunities, I want to be the guy who worked on AI apps and touched something in millions if not totally 100% millionaire 😀
Sorry for the quick brief history, but this is what I feel missing every time that I think I could have done but didn’t do those things.
It’ll continue…
